La CPA “San Giovanni Bosco” nasce dalla necessità di allargare l’offerta dei servizi sulla base dei bisogni degli ospiti e delle famiglie. Sita a Pellio, Alta Valle Intelvi (Co), può accogliere 20 ospiti affetti da patologie di tipo psichiatrico.
The Community realises individualised programmes, emphasising the uniqueness of each person, favouring and promoting the relational skills of each individual. Every activity of the Community is based on the principle of mutual cooperation and the promotion of individual resources; it does not have to be and does not want to be a place of care, but a place of life, where each guest can be an active proponent of his or her own well-being and a participant in the life of the group.
Compatible with the needs of each guest, the company aims to build a network with local services in order to promote the inclusion "of the Community within the Community", giving our guests as much as possible the opportunity to live important experiences for socialisation.
The Community aims to raise awareness in the area, involving its professionals in a dialogue with stakeholders, aware that rehabilitation passes through the social reality in which a Facility operates and with which it interacts.
