For this reason, we directly develop and manage nursing homes and other social and healthcare facilities, offering almost 7,500 operational beds, with a development plan that will bring the total to more than 15,000 beds. The Group is also active in Spain, where it operates two nursing homes for the elderly near Madrid.

The Group's facilities offer guests, both self-sufficient and non-self-sufficient, qualified assistance through an integrated system of health, care, assistance and hotel services provided over a 24-hour period.

We also provide high-quality care in our 9 residential communities for minors and 6 psychiatric communities. Sereni Orizzonti, the fastest-growing group in Italy’s nursing home sector, also responds to other needs in the local community, with dedicated services for people with specific disabilities, psychiatric conditions and age-related dementia, as well as therapeutic and rehabilitation communities for minors.
