For one day, the large hall of the Rsa 'Casa Albert' in Viverone was transformed into a saloon: a different afternoon than usual was spent in the company of the Country & Western dance group.
Dancers in Texan hats and boots gave a lesson-show for the residents of the residence. It was a fun-filled afternoon, which ended with the involvement of the guests and staff in group country dancing and many souvenir photos of the afternoon.
"The dance group entertained all the guests. It is important to give our elderly people experiences that break out of the rhythms of the usual routine. Mental well-being is just as important as physical well-being. This is the value we place on these moments of conviviality. We are happy to collaborate with volunteers who are active in the area and in our city, and our thanks go to them and the staff of the residence," said facility director Dr. Lorenzo Maiale.
