The 'Villa I Pitti' residence has been operating in the health sector since 1993 and was established as a centre for the care of the non-self-sufficient elderly, both for long-term stays and for emergency or relief admissions.
Villa I Pitti is an architectural complex of great magnificence, a perfectly restored 18th century building with a large park and lush Italian garden.
The residence has a total of 72 beds in agreement with the health authority and various communal areas that allow users to live in perfect harmony with both the operators and the other guests.
The rooms are furnished with equipment to counter major health problems and with special attention to the needs of the guests. Each room is equipped with a bathroom, telephone, calling facilities, audio circuit, security system and television system.
Each floor of the residence has two infirmaries, rooms for animation activities, relatives' reception, assisted bathrooms, podiatrist and hairdresser services.
In the building next to the main facility, there is a large gymnasium equipped for all rehabilitation activities.
Inside Villa I Pitti there is a lovely and cosy chapel for religious services where Holy Mass is celebrated every week.
