The facility is accessible by public and private transport and has a small internal car park. It is located in Genoa Sestri in Via San Tomaso D'Aquino 5 in a quiet setting in the greenery of the adjacent Villa Rossi park.
It is located in a building adapted for use as a nursing home for the elderly and is organised on 5 floors (4 floors and 1 basement floor), three floors of which house the two- and four-bed guest rooms (3 doubles with bathroom and 18 quadruple rooms).
One floor with a lounge for the guests' living and recreation during the day, a small room that is used for meetings or for guests' meetings with relatives (with a little more privacy), the secretariat, the medical room and the pharmacy.
A ground floor with an in-house kitchen for preparing meals, a gymnasium equipped for rehabilitation activities, changing rooms and a mortuary.
At the entrance to the facility is a furnished garden accessible from the lounge via a handicapped ramp, where in fine weather guests can spend a few hours in the open air.
