Operational since October 2018, the 'Pescarito' residence for the elderly in San Mauro Torinese can accommodate up to 120 guests. It is spread over 5 floors with a total area of about 6,000 square metres and is divided into four nuclei with 20 beds and four nuclei with 10 beds.
The residence guarantees personal care 24 hours a day. It also guarantees medical and nursing care and rehabilitation, carried out by a specialised physiotherapist.
The facility also ensures constant animation activities, to maintain the psychological and physical abilities of the elderly and to stimulate and involve guests in recreational activities, creating moments of socialisation and meeting, with the involvement of the operators as well as family members.
The facility adheres to the regional measure 'Residentiality Voucher', financed with ESF PLUS 21-27 funds. The Residentiality Voucher is made possible thanks to the support of the European Social Fund PLUS of the Piedmont Region.
