The 'Montepulciano' Residence, for self-sufficient and non-self-sufficient elderly people, is located in Bra, situated on a gentle hill near one of the town's most important squares.
The accommodation capacity is 69 beds for self-sufficient and non-self-sufficient elderly people.
The facility is organised to cater for any requests for daytime stays, main meals only, or, for those living nearby, simple nursing services such as blood tests, injections and others.
The rooms are single or double, all with adjacent bathrooms.
The in-house kitchen makes it possible to customise the diet according to the individual needs of the guests. The facility provides personal, nursing and medical care by qualified staff, thanks to the presence of professional nurses and two general practitioners (one of whom specialises in psychiatry), as well as physiotherapists who take care of guests requiring motor rehabilitation.
The residence also provides entertainment activities ranging from manual workshops to listening to music, from readings to pet therapy. A large park with a car park surrounds the two structures that make up the residence, guaranteeing a quiet environment but one that is easily accessible as the residence can also be reached by bus and, for those arriving from Turin, by train every hour.
The facility adheres to the regional measure 'Residentiality Voucher', financed with ESF PLUS 21-27 funds. The Residentiality Voucher is made possible thanks to the support of the European Social Fund PLUS of the Piedmont Region.
