Sereni Orizzonti SPA, in collaboration with the Municipality of Momo, designed and built the RSA "M. Squarini", on three floors above ground, organising it as a high quality service aimed at accommodating non-self-sufficient and self-sufficient elderly persons in a functional and modern residence where 24-hour assistance is guaranteed by qualified personnel coordinated by a multidisciplinary health and physiotherapy team.
The two-storey residence has 4 nuclei accommodating up to 20 guests in modernly equipped two-bed rooms with a fully equipped bathroom, for a total of 80 authorised and accredited beds. In each core there is a surgery, assisted bathroom, dining room and room for socialising activities.
On the ground floor of the residence, in addition to the cosy hall with the reception, management and doctor's office, there are the common areas for socialising and entertainment activities and the well-equipped gymnasium where guests are guided by the physiotherapist for recovery and maintenance activities.
The facility adheres to the regional measure 'Residentiality Voucher', financed with ESF PLUS 21-27 funds. The Residentiality Voucher is made possible thanks to the support of the European Social Fund PLUS of the Piedmont Region.
