The socio-welfare residence has a basement and three above-ground floors organised into three 20-bed and two 10-bed nuclei, for a total of 80 beds. The building has a car park for visiting family members, surrounded by an equipped green area that can be used entirely on foot or with wheelchairs and walkers.
This building has state-of-the-art features in terms of eco-sustainability and energy saving. Built in energy class A3, it will produce approximately 165,000 kWh of energy on its own, which corresponds to more than 60% of the entire demand, reducing the emission of more than 69 tonnes of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere per year.
