Managed by 3AMilano, a subsidiary of the Group, the residence on Via Luigi Einaudi is a four-storey, H-shaped building above ground level, oriented on the west/east axis for the best possible sunshine and distributed in 6 separate living units characterised by spacious and bright rooms, comfortably furnished and each equipped with its own bathroom for the disabled.
On the ground floor there is a reception area, administrative offices, a gymnasium-rehabilitation room, changing rooms for women and men, an outpatient clinic, a room for personal services, a kitchen, a living room for communal socialising and a worship room. On the first, second and third floors there will be a communal dining room, guest toilets and 2 nuclei with 20 beds divided into 10 spacious and bright double rooms, comfortably furnished and each with its own bathroom for the disabled.
A highly qualified multidisciplinary team operates in the residence to ensure that the residents receive adequate nursing care 24 hours a day and medical care throughout the week.
The facility adheres to the regional measure 'Residentiality Voucher', financed with ESF PLUS 21-27 funds. The Residentiality Voucher is made possible thanks to the support of the European Social Fund PLUS of the Piedmont Region.
