The Ianus Multifunctional Residence is a social welfare facility designed to accommodate, on a continuous or temporary basis, non-self-sufficient elderly persons with different social and health care needs, whose stay at home is no longer feasible.
The Ianus Residence aims to act as a local resource at the service of the elderly citizen, integrating with local services and guaranteeing the highest possible quality of life for its guests, taking into account their particular psychic, physical and social needs, through qualified social and health care and with the direct involvement of the family.
The facility has three floors with a total of 60 beds.
All beds are height-adjustable orthopaedic and equipped with anti-decubitus mattresses, located in single, double, triple or quadruple rooms with dedicated bathrooms, air conditioning, telephone and TV.
On the basement floor is the dining room, equipped with separate toilets for each gender, with direct access to the outdoor courtyard. The gymnasium and laundry room are also located on the same floor.
The ground floor houses the living room, infirmary and reception. Each floor is equipped with toilets for the disabled and is served by a lift, allowing easy access for people with walking difficulties.
