The residence for the elderly 'Gli Ulivi' is located in the small municipality of Silanus, in the province of Nuoro. Included in the 'Authentic Villages of Italy' network, Silanus stands on a hill 432 metres above sea level and includes part of the Marghine mountain range.
Surrounded by lush vegetation, the facility for the elderly accommodates 44 beds, divided into 28 places reserved for the sheltered housing system and a further 16 for the housing community system. Guests have the option of staying in single rooms with private bathroom (40) or in double rooms (4), all distributed on the ground floor. Service rooms such as the kitchen, laundry, gym and changing rooms are located in the basement.
The residence is located in a quiet residential area and has a beautiful outdoor garden with numerous olive trees as well as ample space for outdoor walks.
