The 'Caris' Protected Residence, a 60-bed social-health facility for the elderly and non-self-sufficient elderly.
In addition to the colourful and specially furnished rooms, the prosthetic and functional interior paths, guests can enjoy a large garden. All rooms, with one or two beds, are equipped with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, telephone, television and height-adjustable orthopaedic beds.
On the basement floor are: the dining room, the gymnasium where group and individual physiotherapy is practised, the multi-purpose room intended for recreational and occupational activities; these rooms have a direct exit to the outside courtyard. Also on the basement floor are the infirmary and the laundry rooms. On the mezzanine and first floor are the in-patient rooms, ward surgeries, assisted bathrooms and floor lounges.
The Reception is located at the entrance, on the mezzanine floor, while the Administrative Offices and Management are on the first floor. Each floor is served by a lift and lifts.
