Sereni Orizzonti, a well-established and constantly growing reality in the social and health care sector, specialised in the management of Residenze Sanitarie Assistenziali (Health Care Residences), is looking for a highly motivated and qualified Regional Contact Person to manage the coordination and support activities of the Residenze Sanitarie Assistenziali (RSAs) in Lombardy.

Responsibility:

- Coordinating and supervising the activities of the RSAs in Lombardy

- Ensuring the quality and safety of the care and services provided

- Collaborating with health and social professionals to ensure continuity of care

- Developing and implementing strategies to improve the management and efficiency of RSAs

- Representing the organisation at regional and local institutions

Requirements:

- Degree in business, health or management disciplines

- At least 5 years' experience in coordination or management roles in the health and social work field

- Knowledge of regional regulations and procedures for RSAs

- Leadership skills and effective communication

- Ability to work in a team and handle complex situations

For a strengthening of the organisational structure, we are looking for a highly competent and motivated national Operation Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager.

Main responsibilities:
- Supporting the General Manager in defining and implementing corporate strategies.
- Coordinate and supervise the operational activities of the facilities, ensuring quality, efficiency and continuity of services.
- Monitor management, economic and quality indicators and propose improvements and innovations.

    Requirements:
