The Rsa "Sanatrix" in Aulla has already said goodbye to summer. Autumn is also beginning to make itself felt at the residence for the elderly, where the educational service has organised a series of manual and painting workshops to create furnishing components for the facility.
The guests celebrated the arrival of autumn by colouring and cutting out many decorations to decorate the communal areas of the residence, including a scarecrow. Poles painted with autumn flowers were also prepared and will be displayed at the entrance of the residence to give a colourful welcome to visiting relatives.
Preparation for the Halloween period also began, with the first creations of 'fake' carved pumpkins made of paper and paint.
"Our guests created little masterpieces," said facility manager Carmen Peigottu, "Our operators always strive to create a family environment, which was, in fact, very much appreciated by all. It was a wonderful opportunity to inaugurate the autumn season of events that will be held in the coming months at the retirement home".
