Saturday 28 October at the Rsa "Humanitas" in Borghetto Santo Spirito was held the event "Meeting with the author: Maurizio Pupi Bracale, who presented his book "Dicono tutti così. Le indagini dell'ispettore Calcagno", a story set between the coast and the hinterland of western Savona, highlighting its artistic and natural beauty.
The elderly in the facility were enthralled by the new difficult and thorny murder cases tackled by Inspector Calcagno, the Ligurian policeman protagonist of the author's 16th published crime novel.
Bracale also introduced the guests of the Borghetto facility to several characters in the new story, who provide a touch of humour by diluting the drama of the story.
"What we propose are always different educational activities. It is important to be able to give new stimuli to our guests. The combination of literature and territory created a great interest in the elderly for this story, stimulating their imagination," said the director of the Borghetto facility, Luca Ghiglione. "With the presentation of the novel, Maurizio Pupi Bracale aroused a great deal of curiosity in all those present, thanks to a story in which the elderly were able to recognise places where they live.
