THE BOOK CLUB AT THE RSA "VILLA SAN BIAGIO" IN DICOMANO: MEETING WITH VOLUNTEERS FROM THE "READ ALOUD" ASSOCIATION

At each meeting, guests at the Rsa 'Villa San Biagio' in Dicomano are transported by stories and tales to faraway places and times.

The creators of this magic are the two volunteers of the 'Letture a Voce Alta' Association, who met the elderly of the facility for an afternoon full of book readings. The protagonists of the meeting were "Sussi e Biribissi", the humorous book for children and young people written by Paolo Lorenzini, and "Il Giornalino di Gian Burrasca", followed by other poems.

"Guests and volunteers have turned into a real book club. It is important to make everyday life rich with moments in which our guests can enjoy themselves and be intrigued by stories that are always different. I would like to thank the LAAV Association for these precious moments of sharing," said residence director Francesco Melani.
