Christmas is just around the corner also for the RSA 'Villa Abbadia' in Fiesco: as tradition dictates, Santa Lucia arrived at the facility to bring gifts to the guests and to get them into the true Christmas spirit.

In addition to sweets and small presents, the modern and up-to-date Santa posed with all the elderly in many photos to be uploaded on the facility's social profiles.

Santa Lucia's visit was an opportunity to celebrate the arrival of Christmas and organise a small party among guests and staff of the residence.

"With the arrival of Christmas, the moments of sharing within the residence are even more special. Moments of conviviality are what our elderly appreciate most," says the director of the facility, Giusy Soccini. "That's why, while waiting for the Christmas lunches with relatives and meetings with schools, we try to carry on the religious and popular traditions that our elderly have always experienced. I would like to thank all the staff who make December a month full of activities, workshops and Christmas parties, so that guests never feel lonely".
