The new residence for the elderly in Borgo Ticino (No), managed by the Friuli-based company 3AMilano, will officially welcome the first guests from Thursday 18 May 2023.

The residence is located in Via Brunelleschi and consists of 4 cores for a total of 80 beds on three floors. The building has an H-shaped floor plan where the central sleeve houses the communal areas on the various floors, while the side sleeves house the living areas on the upper floors and the general and collective areas on the ground floor. A multidisciplinary team operates in the residence to ensure that the residents receive appropriate nursing and medical care throughout the week.
