A day of celebration and art enlivened the RSA Villa dei Fiori of Savigno, managed by Sereni Orizzonti, where the birthday of Giorgio Foletti, an 88-year-old painter who continues to be a source of inspiration for the entire community of the residence, was celebrated.

Born in 1937, Foletti is a recognised artist who, despite his age, has never stopped devoting himself to his passion for painting. In his youth, he studied advertising graphics, but this field constrained him too much and did not allow him to express his creativity. He therefore worked all his life as a commercial agent, but still devoted himself to painting, particularly landscapes and women's bodies. Some of his works, characterised by great sensitivity and refined technique, are exhibited in the common rooms of the RSA, where they daily brighten the view of guests, family members and caregivers.
