Autumn is also beginning to make itself felt in the facility run by Sereni Orizzonti, where guests skilled in crochet and knitting needles are already ready to create beanies, scarves and other soft items for all the elderly people in the home.

"Our guests created little masterpieces. This time it was precisely they who showed the elderly and staff the art of crocheting," said facility manager Marinella Racca. "It is nice to know that on rainy afternoons in the autumn that is just around the corner, our guests can keep each other company, gather around a table and knit together.
