3AMilano Srl, founded in 2018, is one of the subsidiaries of S.O. Holding S.p.a. It deals with real estate development and management of Socio-Sanitary Residences for the elderly, providing qualified assistance services to the Third Age. Over time, the company has developed skills and experience that qualify it as one of the operators of excellence in the sociomedical sector. For 3A Milano it is important to place the person at the centre, emphasising to the utmost the maintenance of a constant relationship between guest, family and all care givers, in order to create a context of full collaboration with the entire network of care services.

The company's staff is made up of highly experienced professionals, doctors, nurses, and social workers and is therefore able to guarantee excellent levels of quality.

The company manages six RSAs in Piedmont and Lombardy, with a total of 560 beds. They are Rsa "Le Ninfee" in San Gillio (Turin, 80 beds), Rsa "La Loggia" in La Loggia (Turin, 120 beds), Rsa "I Mulini" in Lambrate (Milan, 80 beds), Rsa "Dott. Mario Celesia" in Borgo Ticino (Novara, 80 beds), Rsa "Don Luigi Tronzano" in Torrazza Piemonte (Turin, 120 beds) and Rsa "La Quercia" in Borgo D'Ale (Vercelli, 110 beds).
3AMilano is currently completing the Rsa in Sizzano (Novara, 100 beds) and two sociomedical residences in Collegno (Turin), for a further 240 beds.

The construction site of the nursing home for the elderly to be built in Asti (100 beds) and the RSA in Garbagna Novarese (80 beds) are in the start-up phase.

In 2025, 3AMilano will therefore have 930 operational beds, which will increase to 1130 between 2026 and 2027.

It also assumes 270 beds, active and functioning, acquired on the market between 2025 and 2027. The target for 2027 is therefore 1,400 beds, located in the North West of Italy, i.e. in the area with the highest per capita income.
