On the ground floor are the reception and administrative offices, a rehabilitation gymnasium, changing rooms for women and men, an outpatient clinic, a room for personal services, a kitchen, a living room for socialising and a room for worship. On the first, second and third floors there is a communal dining room, guest toilets and 2 nuclei with 20 beds divided into 10 spacious and bright double rooms, comfortably furnished and each with its own bathroom. \"La Loggia\" is a facility built in accordance with the ESG principles of sustainability and accessibility, focusing on domotics, green and usability for the elderly.
