And sustainable structures\""},"content":{"rendered":"<p>by Fabio Sottocornola<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So says Massimo Blasoni, owner and founder of Sereni Orizzonti, the Udine-based group that plans to build twenty new RSAs over the next four years in different regions of Italy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"We have planned the construction of twenty new nursing homes, RSAs, over the next four years: an investment of more than 200 million.\u00a0<strong>Says Massimo Blasoni, owner and founder of Sereni Orizzonti,<\/strong>\u00a0the Udine-based group is present in the sector with residences for the elderly, psychiatric communities and communities for minors.<br>\"The new beds are located in Piedmont, Tuscany, Emilia-Romagna, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Veneto and Sardinia. The goal is to reach 10,000 beds by 2029,<strong>\u00a0adding to the RSAs built<\/strong>acquisitions of facilities sold by individual operators'.<br>Today the group\u00a0<strong>has 6,500 seats and 3,800 employees in more than 90 facilities\u00a0<\/strong>between Italy and Spain.
