A new residence for the elderly in Friuli Venezia-Giulia for Sereni Orizzonti: the purchase of the 47-bed Rsa 'La Panoramica' in Pinzano al Tagliamento, in the province of Pordenone, was formalised a few days ago.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The residence joins the other Pordenone RSA opened in May 2024 by the Friuli Group, 'Tre Cuori' in Fontanafredda with 120 beds. In Friuli Venezia-Giulia it has another nine residences operating in the provinces of Udine, Gorizia and Pordenone.<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

\"With this new purchase, we are consolidating our presence in the region,\" says Mario Modolo, General Manager of the Group. \"The residence is functional: we are certain that in a short time it will prove to be a reality of significant health impact, capable of responding to the numerous needs of the area. It will house non-self-sufficient elderly people who need professional assistance 24 hours a day\".<\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

The residence, authorised and affiliated with the Local Health Authority, is located in a quiet location, within walking distance of the town centre and larger residential centres. The building, divided into four floors, has a large hall dedicated to all collective recreational and entertainment activities. There is an in-house kitchen and laundry service. The facility is equipped for rehabilitation and care activities: it has a large outdoor green area, a gymnasium, large common areas for guests and visitors, a multifunctional hall and a chapel for worship.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
