The guests took part in a bakery workshop, with baked schiacciatine, stuffed schiacciata, bread and more. A mouth-watering snack for everyone, guests and staff alike: even workshops like this can bring psychomotor benefits, through active gymnastics of the hands, mind and belly. <\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n

\"<\/span><\/a>San Giusto Bread was an opportunity to reminisce with guests about the times when their families used to bake bread at home, using the wood-fired oven. Precious and indelible memories came to mind, such as that of the 'communal' oven, where some families used to take their bread to bake.
