Work On Time is the first and only generalist employment agency based in Friuli Venezia-Giulia. Founded in 2019, it is one of the subsidiaries of S.O. Holding S.p.a.<\/p>

Work on Time Spa is qualified in labour administration, personnel search and selection, outsourcing and support in cases of relocation. The Udine-based company opts for an approach geared towards corporate social sustainability, offering transparency, safety, compliance with regulations, and worker empowerment.<\/p>

The importance of job matching between companies and workers, practised by Work On Time, has increasingly become a key aspect. From the industrial world looking for skilled workers to the catering industry to healthcare, finding specialised figures and flexible workforce management contribute significantly to the competitiveness of companies.<\/p>

Today, it has 14 branches spread over most of Italy: in addition to the Udine, Pordenone and Codroipo branches, there are branches in Sesto San Giovanni, Monza-Brianza, Catania and Eastern Sicily, Montebelluna, Piacenza, Turin, Pesaro, Fano, Rimini and Bologna.<\/p>

The last active branches, in September 2024, are those in Lamezia Terme in Calabria, Pieve di Soligo in Veneto and Lucca in Tuscany.<\/p>

Growth in the years 2021, 2022 and 2023 was always double digit. In particular, Work On Time grew by 28% in 2023 compared to 2022. Work On Time aims to grow over the next three years throughout the country by doubling the number of branches, generating new jobs thanks to a young, competitive and dynamic company. \u00a0<\/p>
