For Sereni Orizzonti it is important to place the person at the centre, placing the utmost emphasis on maintaining a constant relationship between the guest, family members and all caregivers, in order to create a context of full cooperation with the entire network of care services. Our aim is to respond in an adequate and qualified manner to the needs expressed by families, health authorities and public administrations. This is why we directly build and manage RSAs and other sociomedical facilities, offering 6 thousand operational beds and a development plan that envisages more than 10 thousand. The Group is also active in Spain with a residence for the elderly in El Alamo, near Madrid.<\/p>

The progressive ageing of the population outlines a scenario in which growing needs, as far as the welfare of the Third Age is concerned, clash with the increasingly limited resources available to public bodies, making the involvement of reliable and professional private partners essential.<\/p>

Sereni Orizzonti conducts a social approach to the elderly: our commitment is also aimed at creating a family and serene climate in which the individual's physical and psychological needs are taken care of in their entirety and complexity. The Group's facilities offer guests, both self-sufficient and non-self-sufficient, qualified assistance through an integrated system of health, care, assistance and hotel services provided over a 24-hour period.<\/p>

Of equal quality is the assistance we offer in our 9 minor communities and 6 psychiatric communities. Sereni Orizzonti, the second largest group in Italy in terms of number of beds, in fact provides adequate responses to the other needs expressed by the territory, also with units for specific disabilities, psychiatric users, senile dementia and therapeutic rehabilitation communities for minors.<\/p>
