S.O. Holding Spa is the parent company of a group of companies operating mainly in the personal assistance sector, building and managing RSAs, minor communities and psychiatric communities with the highest quality standards.<\/p>\n

Nata nel 1996 a Udine, Sereni Orizzonti 1 SpA opera non soltanto in tutta Italia ma anche in Spagna. Nelle sue 110 facilities accoglie 7.500 ospiti e occupa quasi 3.800 persone. Cresce attraverso attivit\u00e0 di M&A e mediante lo sviluppo diretto di Rsa fortemente connotate dalla domotica e all\u2019avanguardia per quanto riguarda l\u2019ecosostenibilit\u00e0 ed il risparmio energetico.<\/p>\n

The main subsidiaries of S.O. Holding are Sereni Orizzonti 1 Spa, 3A Milano, Lifecare and in January 2019 the group was also joined by \u201cWork On Time\u201d<\/a>, a generalist work agency that operates with it\u2019s own offices in many Italian cities.<\/p>\n

Founded in 1996 by Massimo Blasoni and Giorgio Zucchini (who has now left the company), Sereni Orizzonti 1 Spa is one of the subsidiaries of S.O. Holding Spa of Massimo Blasoni. Sereni Orizzonti is a company - as they say - started from nothing, i.e. by first-generation entrepreneurs with no family financial resources, but determined and convinced that the residential care of the non-self-sufficient elderly in our country needed an increased offer and a better quality of care.<\/p>

Sereni Orizzonti was founded in Udine with the claim 'An alternative to the nursing home', which from the outset was intended to emphasise the objective of proposing residences for the elderly that are more comfortable and offer services similar to those of a hotel.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Within the first three years of activity, we transformed three hotels in the province of Udine into residences for the elderly, operating in a context, the Friulian one, characterised at that time by rest homes that were often outdated.<\/p>

The great demand from families prompted us to implement the offer by acquiring the lease or ownership of new properties. In 2004 there were already 9 residences for the non-self-sufficient elderly in Friuli Venezia-Giulia.<\/p>

Between 2002 and 2003, for the first time, we started to participate in concession tenders for the management of RSAs throughout northern Italy, achieving excellent results.<\/p>

However, the main vocation remained the acquisition of the ownership of the RSAs.<\/p>

In 2007 we acquired the first residence for the elderly in Piedmont, 'Casa Albert' in Viverone with 140 beds; today in Piedmont alone we manage 20 RSAs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In the period 2008-2020 we acquired numerous new RSAs throughout Italy, minor communities and psychiatric communities, with a particularly significant presence in Tuscany, Emilia-Romagna, Liguria, Lombardy, Veneto, Sardinia and Sicily. Within the RSAs, there are also active units with a high health value or aimed at the physically and mentally disabled.<\/p>

Il Gruppo ha assunto una rilevanza effettivamente nazionale riconosciuta dalla stampa e da tutti gli studi sul settore, che ci hanno collocato al secondo posto per numero di posti letto in Italia, con 7.500 disponibili.<\/p>

With 9 children's communities and 6 psychiatric communities, the Group has also seen its relevance grow in the area of mental health.<\/p>
